George Georgacarakos, age 68 of St. Peter, died on Wednesday, October 23, 2013 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in St. Paul.
Memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at Christ Chapel on the campus of Gustavus Adolphus College. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. St. Peter Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
George was born on August 9, 1945 in Biddeford, ME. He was a Professor of Philosophy at Gustavus Adolphus College for 31 years before retiring in 2011.
George is survived by his sons: Nikolas and Alexander; and a brother, Charles.
